Definitions

Prices

The prices of all of our Products are displayed in New Zealand dollars, (NZD).
The prices of the Products include GST of (15 %) and any other sales tax.

Adjustments to the Price

All prices are correct at time of publication, however Mexican Specialities Ltd., reserves the right to adjust, alter or amend the price of any product at any given time with out prior notice. If transaction has occur and customer has paid for product, Mexican Specialities ltd. will cancel order and will refund the total amount paid by customer.

Product avaliability

Every effort will be made to fulfill orders placed with Mexican Specialties Ltd. website and Mexican Specialties Ltd.. Mexican Specialities Ltd. may delay dispatch or cancel any order, that exceed reasonable household quantities due to stock availability.

All of our hand made Mexican crafts range are subject to stock availability, we stock only one item of each , you need to contact us for a personalized service.

Damage Goods Policy

If the Product was delivered to a Customer in a damaged or spoiled condition, or the box seems damage in any shape or form do not sign the courier. Mexican Specialties Ltd. will, at the request of "The Customer", replace, repair, refund or credit your account for the purchased value of the Product to "The Customer", (as at the date on which the Product was originally ordered).Mexican Specialities Ltd. must be notified no later than 48 hours of any damage goods received. We request that the items (Whole or part) must be returned in the original, unused condition and in their original packaging,, Include delivery slip or invoice name, customer number, contact details,and a brief explanation of the reasons for return. Any replacements are subject to stock availability. Check for any damage goods before you sign the courier and contact us.Note:No re funds on freight charges.

Refund Policy

In the case that your order is not to your satisfaction, please contact Mexican Specialities Ltd, with out delay 72 Hours at the most. Mexican Specialities Ltd., will replace,repair,refund or credit your account if you return the order, (Whole or part). We request that the items (whole or part) must be returned in the original unused condition and in their original packaging.Include delivery slip or invoice, name or customer number,contact details and a brief explanation in writing of the reasons for return.No refunds on freight charges. Any replacements are subject to stock availability.

Change to Payment Policy

Mexican Specialties Ltd. may change at any time the way in which a Customer pays for Products, and any change will be notified to the Customer prior to the change coming into effect.
