This Tortilla press is for "Household use only",  therefore must be used carefully and gently, looks and feels very strong but infact,  it is quite delicate and can break easily if not used properly.
You need a flat surface. Push down on the handle carefully and gently,  does not require lots of pressure or excessive force which will break the handle or the press.
Tortillas will reach about 10 cm in Diameter
Clean with dry cloth only.
